Dadhawk; I see your delivery date is 5/15? Is that confirmed? Did you get in contact with Ms. Karen?
It is confirmed through the dealer. Didn't have to talk to Ms. Karen, turns out once the dealership had a VIN they were suddenly very chatty and have been on top of it.

They really just didn't know anything.

I would not say I am close to caving into a new ride,
but I might just keep my current ride and refinance it
along with buying the BRZ, but paying for both vehicles
will hit me hard at 600 a month. _ - _

It's a fair trade.
23 years later you can now trade in the kid (so to speak) for a BRZ/FRS :-D

The newest S4 does little for me. Audi's recent styling is just way too conservative and too similar from model to model.

Yep, I can confirm this. I got a chance to run the FR-S on a small course today (think autox). Its handling felt in between an AP2 S2000 and NC Miata. Softer and less nervous than the AP2, but cornered flatter and more willing to rotate than a NC Miata.

If I had to describe it, it felt like a 2+2 Miata with a fixed roof, a bit more power, and sharper handling. I was impressed. If you like driving Miatas, I think you'll like the Toybaru.

That's ironic, because the #1 reason people want Audi is because of their style. The S4 has always been a conservatively-styled performer, much like earlier M cars. Mine still wasn't inconspicuous enough to keep me from getting pulled over yesterday for "speeding"
