I would not say I am close to caving into a new ride,
but I might just keep my current ride and refinance it along with buying the BRZ, but paying for both vehicles will hit me hard at 600 a month. _ - _

23 years later you can now trade in the kid (so to speak) for a BRZ/FRS :-D

Part of me wants to just lease another one of these:
Can you blame me? It's not really an option for most of us I realize; I'm in a unique position.

The newest S4 does little for me. Audi's recent styling is just way too conservative and too similar from model to model.

If I had to describe it, it felt like a 2+2 Miata with a fixed roof, a bit more power, and sharper handling. I was impressed. If you like driving Miatas, I think you'll like the Toybaru. |

That's ironic, because the #1 reason people want Audi is because of their style. The S4 has always been a conservatively-styled performer, much like earlier M cars. Mine still wasn't inconspicuous enough to keep me from getting pulled over yesterday for "speeding"
