Don't expect too much in the European version. We'll not get the small power upgrade or the new manifold. We'll get the stylistic changes, suspension changes, internal engine changes and the track mode.

Do you guys think the wider front and rear stance of the body will affect which body kit will fit on the car? I'm so tempted to order a Varis Arising II kit but I can't risk it not fitting the car I wish Varis announced a new kit for the facelift.

That's not right, for the BRZ. In the german forum somebody with very good contacts to subaru told us that Subaru will produce 1 new engine (with the new manifold (exhaust and red for intake), new pistons etc.) for all markets (MT). And the old engine for AT.

I can't tell you how the Toyotas will be like, but I thing they'll get the new engine as well for their MT.

That was the official photo that has been shown to us in the thread:

@icebär: There was an official Subaru document mentioning that Europe will not get the aluminum intake manifold and the small power increase. Probably an issue with the stricter emmisions and getting the approval.

Link of the document can be found here: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...44&postcount=1

He's already done one its in another thread

He said that GT grade (US would be PP) is totally different than R & S (in US would be Premium & Limited). Even '17 R/S model, it's way better. He really enjoyed how they setup the suspension. Specially around the gap, he can go through the gap without worrying about flying everywhere. Instead damper quickly respond and keep the car stable and turn in is very quick as well. From street to track, you can have fun with this setup.
