game over?

i was doing retrofit, then it started to rain cats and dogs suddenly.
all the exposed wires got wet, what should i do now?

As long as the battery wasn't connected (which it shouldn't have been!) you should be fine. Just let everything dry out and you should be good to go.

You must me in the GTA/Markham area..... it was like God decided to pressure wash the city or something.... crazy rain....

I was in Cambridge (ON) and left my windows open about a half inch last night. Was at a restaurant. In the 30 seconds it took me to get to the car and back, I was drenched... then proceeded to sit in the restaurant soaked and freezing in the air conditioning.

In the car, even the shifter column was soaked... Whoops.

Up here north in Ottawa we got this at about 11:00 am. Must be a huge system then.

It is now dry on the road.

Then you might have shorted something. Step 1 of any electrical maintenance is "disconnect the battery". ALWAYS. Granted your lights weren't turned on, so you may have gotten lucky.
