I didn't notice it in the videos but I'm pretty sure it's something mostly heard inside the car. Anyone who knows what I'm going on about please chime in.
Thanks
I don't find it too bad at all on my catted p&l. It is louder than stock though under the front of the car, probably because the stock header has a shroud. I wonder if header wrap would dampen it for you.

Yeah idk, I had a friend who liked it. To me it sounded trashy. Mine was ceramic coated on the outside

B type 150, but no additional power ?

So I have the B type 150 with and ACE FP and a Delicious stage 2 tune for it.

Yet on the dyno (Dynojet), we only see 6 HP improvement (169hp) over the stock header with berk track pipe and stage 1 tune on 93 octane. I still have the stock intake with KN filter. No other mods to the drivetrain

I have submitted the log and the comments were "The logs look great, engine load looks perfect, AFR looks perfect, cams look great and you're running as much timing as we see on any other NA car. "

Anyone seen anything like this ? Any thoughts on what might be causing this ?

At least you didn't lose power, and it sounds great right? On another note as stated above was it the same dyno and under similar conditions?

How about the torque curve rather than peak numbers?

Sounds like just a normal equal length tune. The ace isn't a normal equal length header.

twag4: But IIRC Delicious had developed specific OTS tune for Ace and as they are mentioned as tuning shop, they should have known if right or not one was used?

Are you using a Delicious Stage 2 tune, or the Ace tune?

There is an Ace specific tune, even from Delicious.

Yes, same day even.

Did 7 different configs. 5 done on a dynocom and 2 on a dyno jet to make sure the dyno was not off

Stock header stock tune.
Stock header Spec86 tune (developed for Tomei EL)
Stock header Ace Stg2 tune

ACE header Spec86 tune
ACE header DT ACE stg2 tune

They were all done on a dynocom. Then redid this on a Dynojet to make sure that this was not a dyno issue. None of them showed any significant HP or Torque gain over the stock header with the stock tune. (6-12hp). They were all done on the same day at the same place

Dynocom
OEM header cat removed Berk front pipe (2015 T4)

Stock Tune 165.6hp
Spec86 Tune 171.0hp
Delicous Stage1 Tune 172.2hp

Ace Header + Ace front pipe (T4 + Spec86)

Spec86 Tune 177.9hp
Delicous Ace Stg2 tune 178.3hp

Dynojet 2 days later
Ace header and FP only
Spec86 Tune 169.1
Delicous Ace Stg2 tune 169.2

The results were validated by DT. So far we are both puzzled. Not blaming them, just wondering if any thing in the car of set up could affect the output. The same tune was send to others and they saw significant more HP.

Torque curve, is uninspiring as well.
However the 150 is supposed to focus on peak hp and give up some torque, hence i did not focus on it

Something is just really really odd. We were expecting 195-200 HP

Can you give me a breakdown of everything on your car? How many miles are on your car, and what kind of transmission?

That's super low; you should be making way more power.
