Our friend stopped by with his BRZ in between run sessions during this weekend's NASA day at Sonoma.

Our engineer/technician Leon was driving his AP2 S2000.

Was anyone else out there this weekend?

was that Sunday?
I only saw a couple of frs's on Saturday and they were both in TT

This was from Saturday, not sure if he drove on Sunday.

Scored a great re-sale deal on 4/25 and 4/26 NCRC @ Thunderhill. Anyone else going this coming weekend?

I was kinda thinking I'd bring the FR-S out one day and the S2000 out the other but I haven't decided for sure which day to bring what car yet. Eager to test some new changes to the FR-S that will contribute to some lower lap times

Had a great time this past weekend at Thunderhill with NCRC! A few of us did the East side on Saturday and West side on Sunday. Here's a video from the West side:

very nice. it was my first time out on the West course on Sunday and definitely a challenging track to learn. This one's not my best lap but best video lap I have...

yeah definitely enjoyed this track, but more practice needed. Keep me posted if more West track days pop up that people are going to!

On the contrary, I think the west side isn't bad for "fast" cars; it just exposes the people who rely upon HP to make themselves seem faster.
