Unless I see a puddle in my garage or feel something wrong in the car, no I don’t check the oil every day or ever actually. And no I don’t data log for knocks in my car. who does that? Or does every one do that and i’m the abnormal?

Oil puddles aren't the only way oil can be lost from a car...

If you don't know the other ways then you need to go back to the basics.

And yes, I check my oil level every 1000 miles.

Crap. Stupid Facebook algorithm showing posts a day late. Costco had issues with their regular pumps and was selling premium for the price of regular.
