I charge money to lift things, lol. Although I do I have my own equipment in the basement if for some reason I can't ever find something to do that makes money.

Our security guards name is Jim and I wave every morning while having a smoke and a coffee. Does that work?

Only if you wave with at least 5 repetitions -

Up at 7.30 to be at work by 8.. I presume that is 8am, wow that's quick!! The 3 'S's done in record time...

A few years ago I used to leave the house 5.15am to get to the office for 8.00am, do a full day's work, commute another 2 1/2hrs back home!! Nearly 5hrs drive each day!! Fucked come the weekend... Not good.. since then I have always moved near to work to avoid long drives..

I shower before bed so it is just wash my face in the morning. I live a few miles from work right now, it takes me less then 10 minutes to get there. Given the current circumstances I try to poop at work When I move again in a few more months it will be an hour plus commute which will move my gym time to the evening.
