It's the manual too, badass.

I havn't even seen my car in over a month, hibernating in the garage.

I'm fortunate enough to have a 95 GMC Safari AWD V6 MONSTER to use in the winter. Honestly, the best awd system I've ever seen. It is unstoppable with the winter tires.

I would never drive the fr-s in snow or salt.

Haha, my FR-S stays outside while the FJ stays in the garage. Maybe I need to clean the old Honda out of the garage so the FR-S can stay dry and warm...

As a side note, the 6MT FJs are actually AWD, unlike their automatic brothers... Great system as well, especially when mixed with the center Torsen differential and defeatable traction control.

Thanks for posting a pic of the weathertechs, I have the OEM all-seasons and the fronts don't seem to cover as much as yours from what I can see in the pic. especially right under the accelerator pedal. The OEM rear ones are a joke though, don't cover the area at all. Kids are bringing a lot of muck in there Can you post a similar pic of the rear weathertech mats? thanks in advance.

Same thing here, I had already ordered the OEMs when forum members recommended the WeatherTechs.

Are you talking about me!

I live right across the street from the 7 train, no need to get the 86 out. Besides there soooo much ice and snow on the car cover, that I wouldn't be able to roll it and store it lol.

my car is lowered 1.4 inches so i like to get out there before all the neighbors in their X5's with all-season tires and plow the way so they don't get stuck.

I lucked out when I ordered my Weather Techs. The dealership (stealership) had the FR-S OEM all weather mats in stock and I checked them out. Clearly they are nicer than the summer velcro mats for winter, however ya, I could tell the coverage wasn't as good as the Weather Techs so I went with those. And ya rear passengers for the 86 is a joke, let alone mats. I wouldn't bother. Save yourself 1/2 a pound of weight. Its a two seater with a nice padded rear shelf
