Actually, I was working on the Lotus changing from the tiny race battery back to a normal battery and was using a spotlight to see in the trunk. I went back in the house and turned the garage light off and saw it glowing. I had to go check out the twin. So I guess easy way.

Why would it be illegal? I have a LHD and often thought that LHD drive makes better sense as we are a short hop from the vastness of Europe and from there it's an easy drive into Africa/Middle East etc, all LHD (one or two exceptions).

Never really thought about it. I know it was illegal in Australia, and figured it might be illegal anywhere that has the queen on their money.

But, TIL...

"Left hand-drive historic vehicles have been able to be registered in NSW since 1999. They can either be: conditionally registered under the Historic Vehicle Scheme (if only driven occasionally), or. fully registered with standard used vehicle registration (if driven more regularly)."

Today my wife learned that there is more than one type of Porsche. Went out walking to one of our local villages, she asked why are there so many cars with Porsche badges, "I thought there was only one type of Porsche".

She's not into cars, but watching 'The Bridge' has given her the picture of the 1970s 911.

Lol. Sounds a lot like my wife, except she wouldn't know what a Porsche badge looks like.

Well, she is correct. There is only one kind of Porsche, with variants. The rest are big VW's with Porsche markings.

i dunno, sounds like you've got a winner to me. that is absolutely the only 911 anyone should be discussing anyways.
