It's just matter of calibration.
For me I already order the 100mm kits from hks.
I heared some guys tune this kit use 90mm pulley.
I just want to cancel my order for 100mm and make a order for 90mm.
The injector kit of 700cc I will buy it in China.
I do not know waht is the best way for my car is better. 100 or 90?
What I need to prepare ?

all depends on your tuner.
there are some limitation on stock system like port injector, MAF limit (it's about 300g/s).

For the V3 kit the stock pulley is 110mm, also HKS provide a 100mm kit for us.
I heared from Guangzhou there is a guy tune the 90mm pulley for 7040L in Hks v1 to use 95 petrol.
For my v3 kits I think at least 100mm pulley is good for Chinese 98 petrol.
I already have big radiator, oil cooler, also I want to buy a AEM water injetor system. Could you help me to find a way how to reduce my intakes temps?
Thanks a lot!
If the Chinese guys interesting in my v3 kit install, you can add my wechat 13910761886, I can send the Map for the 90 mm pulley tuning.
water meth injection will make any fuel work for high boost applications. if you cant use good fuel then this is your solution

more efficient/larger intercoolers will solve intake temp problems if they are too high

hks gt supercharger high boost recommendations:

-Oil cooler
-E85, C85, water/meth
-fuel injectors (i dont recommend DW injectors)
-Fuel pump
-forced induction oil catch can/separator
-hose clamp under your intake manifold (pressure solenoid)
-boost leak check the car

these steps and supporting mods will make life a little easier on your engine but anything can happen with time a bad tune or driving habits. So budget for an engine rebuild like i have done.

I think that the manual needs to be improved for correct working order, especially for traction oil hoses and 7040L body installation.

It works very well with OS-giken LSD. Quite fun to drive.
ECU calibrated using OFT.

I already have the oli cooler.
In China we have no E85, our best gas is almost number 92 in USA.
So how many CC I need for my injectors is the most important.
Alao do I need upgrade my fuel pump for 92 petorl ?

As I know, you don't need the fuel system upgrade until it pasts 300 WHP. There is an exception if you use HKS Flash Editor.

Yes I heared from so many tuner in China.
They are all told me that I do not need do the upgrade my fuel system incloud my injector.
So my goal is the 300HP on my crank.
I think is easy to meet.
I just worry about the cooler from HKS kits inter cooler.
Does HKS supply a bigger inter cooler?

you may not actually need new port injectors if you will be running pump gas, but it still is a good idea to change them out. the water/meth injection will compensate for bad fuel.

i recommend "Injector dynamics (ID)" or "Fuel Injector Clinic (FIC)" 660cc injectors. i had mine tested on a flow bench and read 100+ better than stated.

the DW65c fuel pump isnt bad and is what i run... i just hear bad story after bad story on any "Deatschwerks DW" injectors. so stay away from them.

you shouldnt need a better intercooler. if you are running a v2 or v3 intercooler they should support the smaller pulley, especially if you are running water/meth injection. that will cool down intake temps

Thanks for your recommend for the injectors.
For me I think if I change the pulley to 90mm(same to v2), the rotate speed will higher than v2 because the pipe inner dameter is bigger now.

So I am afraid the cooler system is not enough for this power.
If the fuel system can meet this power (crank 300hp), I will ask my tuner try to tune my car before the injecter replace.

After tuning the car I will provide the map.

the rotation speed will be the same on a v2 and v3 if they are both using the 90mm pulley. you are going to make more power than a V2 kit because you have larger intercooler piping diameter which will move more air and you have a larger intercooler. the last thing to do is upgrade your fuel.

you will be fine, you are doing it the way i would. just use quality parts and take your time on the install and tuning

Considering the V3 too. Where did you get the maps for OFT?
