Electrical Issue

2013 Frs Manual:
Car will not start: Radio will not work, OBD port will not work
Dash: Has the Car and Lock (prior to key), Door open Icon also on (THAT IS IT)
-Replaced battery
-Checked fuses-21,24,30,45, (all good, and not burned out)
So I just had the entire rear end done, the shop failed to put in a screw for the wheel speed sensor, and it popped out. They also did not do alignment and the car shook at speeds of 70mph. Fixed both issues, and ran the Vishnu tablet to read all codes and eliminate the PO500 code.
PROBLEM: Left the tablet in and it drained the battery. So I replaced it, time for a new one anyway. Replaced sat in the car to see if all is well, and car will not start. So here I am, need your help, ran into a wall.

Step 1. Don't be a tool. One thread is plenty.

Step 2. At least post a video of trying to start it. What do you mean "it won't start?" There are a bazillion ways it won't start. Is it the same with the new battery? Lights? Clicks? Crank?

Well that is all over the place. Sounds like you are going to ACC or Run? With the tablet plugged in the OBD did you brick the ECU? I did not run what fuses you went through but I would go back and check them all. Not visually with a VOM. From there you will have to start testing where you have power and were you do not.
