Want more low… and good performance...
My car looks like a monster truck on this stock suspension. Any recomendations for a coil/spring that will lower me to get rid of that wheel gap while giving me a good ride since the car is my DD and perform reasonably well on the occasional track day? Ride isn't all that important but it'd be nice… my budget is ~$1000 i can go over some but would like to stay around a grand, I know "performance" and "budget" don't go together but id like a nice balance, I'm not looking for the best performing parts out there just something good.

TRD springs might be a cheap option. I have RCE yellows on mine which has about the same drop as the TRD springs with firmer spring rates than stock. I didn't go with coilovers since I'm not ready to drop about $2k for a decent set of coilovers just yet. the springs are a good and cheap alternative for me performance wise. there is still a little gap, but it definitely looks better than stock.

If $400 is within "a little over" there is the ST XTA for $1400. I just ordered those.

Check out instead this picture from @yip (lower control arms of course not part of the coilovers): They are made by KW, are rebound adjustable and comes with camber adjustable top mounts in the front (same as on the Clubsport/V3). It uses the springs from the KW Clubsport in the front and KW V3 in the rear. I think this is a really good option that the dealers don't promote because they are afraid to lose KW V3 sales. |

I have the RSR Superdowns on a heavy use DD and really like them. The right isn't too harsh and handling is great. On paper they say the drop is approx. 1.2 in front and 1.4 in back but in reality I have more like 1.6 in front and 1.8 in back. At under $300 a set they are a pretty good deal for a quality part.

I use the Stance(brand) coils and I've been very happy with them. On mildly stretched 225/45/18s the tires tuck about .5 inches. Did get a little rub at steering lock though, like when I am parking so I raised it up a touch

Tein Flex Z Coilovers. $750. Amazing comfort (much better than stock, even at the 1.5-1.7" drop you see on my car here).
Worth the comfort, and easily the best coilover package short of $2k |

If I used some spacers to bring things out a bit more the gap would appear even less but I don't want to be spraying salty slush down the sides any more then I have to so the wheels are tucked in a bit.
