I think it should be okay. I went through threads here about the wheels and that size, along with tire sizes and people just on springs seemed to be okay. I have about -1.6 camber in front but the shop can do alignments, so if I need to I could also have them adjust the front to closer to zero. But hoping that won't be an issue.

On another, but slightly unrelated note: I'm kinda nervous/anxious about tomorrow. Never gotten new wheels/tires before. Kind of taking a risk trying something different after having the car on the same wheels/tires for 18+ months.

I know to most of you it's no biggie but to me
Oh, they will take some getten used to. Pay attention what the car is telling you on the first few curves. Pay more attention on the first few curves where the road is wet.

Always check the tire pressure right away. 35 psi is a good starting point.

You may consider having an alignment done while you are there.

Keep your distant from curbs, some tires/rims are not very forgiving.

If you do not have locking lugs, that might be a good piece of mind insurance.

Offset will be key. They'll rub on the fenders while turning with less camber maybe...

Remember to break the tires in, no going over 20kph for the first 100km. And you have to switch your readouts to km if they're not there or they might explode.

But switching over just changes the MPH to KPH. The odometer will still read in miles. The conflict could create a space-time vortex that will suck up all of San Jose. Best case scenario is that Spike becomes the next Dr Who.

Took the day off yeah but won’t be able to play. I have to lug around my old wheels and tires all day till the prospective buyer is off work and in the area. Don’t have space for them in the apartment. :/ but tomorrow I’ll be going to the last canepa cars and coffee. Either taking hwy 17 or 9 there. Probably 17 just to break everything in.

Just take it easy on the new tires for the first 100 or so miles. Some times have a hard top layer that might be slippery depending on the surface you're on.

So a man set my car on fire yesterday.

https://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2018...-steals-taser/

He broke into my house twice in June. Yesterday he lit my car on fire, threw a brick through my neighbor's window, and then went down the hill and did some more stuff.
