I think the funny thing is this car IS the in between that people desire but it isn't the in between that they want.

In all seriousness though, even without the supply-chain crunch it'd be nice to know you could order the exact one you want and not have to just cross your fingers for a regional allotment that's close enough. I don't mind waiting as long as I know it'll show up eventually.

I'm not sure I've seen it for the new car, but some complained that the earlier models bog down because there's not enough power to overcome the grip and rotate the car. Thing is, I feel like most reviewers have said the GR86 is great on the PS4s.

I ran stock size PS4S on my first gen and never felt like it was too difficult to play with. It does take more effort; you need to be more aware of how you are shifting the weight of the car, and be ready in the correct gear to stay out of the torque dip. I actually found it better and easier to control donuts, slides, etc, as the PS4S have such excellent feedback and predictability

Looking at the rest of the Twitter content I highly doubt that Toyota Racing cares if there is a special edition unless it is entering NASCAR
