Yes, but we consider it a ticking time bomb. I'm actually surprised it hasn't thrown a rod.

300 is the lowest I've seen anybody claim. Most say 350-400 depending on how you get there.

How long is break-in? Can you perform it all in, let's say, a drive to your tuner if you don't make serious load or should you do multiple short trips without load?

@CSG Mike, what kind of power on e 85 with ace and regular pulley? I'm thinking of doing this. I know it is probably in here, but I am too lazy to look, and I was hoping you would just tell me.

We never tried, but I would expect maybe 8-10% less power?

Let me ease the mind of those who are on the fence. I've had the kit installed by CSG since last February so it's been over a year. The car is my daily driver. I have put approximately 22K HARD miles. I'm talking about hard driving in canyons almost every weekend, autocross, and a track day here and there. Sadly, only had an issue with my serpentine belt (keep a spare for emergency) that may have been defective from the factory--rare issue. Kit is still going strong!

Have to jump in here and share some excitement. Just ordered the C30 from CSG, along with the Delicious tuned ECU. Still debating on which ACE header to order so I can install everything at the same time.

BIG thanks for Mike at CSG and Zach at Delicious for all the awesome advice and patience with my continuous e-mails!!

That's exactly what I'm going for lol I feel like I should go with the C30 over the C38 since I won't be able to use it to it's full potential anyways. Especially with a HBP

You guys better be talking crank, everything I've read is that 300whp is when stuff starts breaking under heavy usage.

If it's a dyno queen sure, crank >300whp out of it and baby it on the street. But if you're going to DD it, track it, autox it, flog it regularly and actually make use of the power you'll probably have to keep it below 300whp unless your wallet is feeling too heavy and you like replacing axles. Again, just based on what I've read, I wouldn't push a stock powertrain FA20 past 260whp unless I had a budget for the worst outcome sitting in the bank, and I haven't seen anyone with a failure running a CARB tune which puts out around ~240whp (on this, the Edelbrock, and the Vortech). That is right in the 300-350 crank hp range so maybe I'm preaching to the choir, idk.

I'm talking wheel. Last I checked before getting the ACE header, I was at 263 wheel. And I flog my car hard. Includes track days. Last track day was after the header, car should be around 280-290 now. With e85 I'd be around 330-350.

I just skimmed this thread but looks like they pushing 400+whp on turbos with stock drivetrain and internals... However they are breaking stuff 🤔

Have you seen similar issues with people running carb tunes or similar levels of power? (I'm not sure how much a typical carb tune would make on your dyno)
