Went back to stock, different AFR?

So I went back to stock from JDL and as I accelerate my AFR normally reads 14.5 on average and doesn't move much while on my JDL. Now I'm back on stock and as I accelerate it drops down to 11.1 and sits there until I shift back up. Is this normal since there is more air restriction?

Were you going WOT with the JDL header and seeing 14.5 AFR? What tuning are you using?

Back to stock tune as well with stock header ?

Stock tune runs quite rich targets 10.7 afr high rpm wot

Most tuners would target arround 12.5 afr wot on petrol, 14.5 is way lean for petrol wot high rpm suspect you had air leak near 02 sensor or something weird going on

I'm assuming you flashed back to stock tune.

Edit: Well seems a couple of us were typing at the same time.

The tune is still at 8.88, according to Zach it's safe to stick at the current tune I have right now. I'm at a stage 2 supercharged tune

Yes sir,

All good to return to stock exhaust.

Did it stay that high for the whole RPM range? if so that is way too lean. If you are back to a stock tune I would expect to see a rich AFR like 11. What intake do you have?

When I'm cruising now it stays around 14-15. When I go WOT it drops to 11-12. I'm using stock intake with a drop-in filter.

As for the JDL's I would go WOT and I'd hit maybe 13.8-14 there would be a very small chance I'd hit anything lower than that.

If this is normal it'd be nice, I was just afraid of my crap blowing due to low afr.

You got it backwards. You want a lower afr with forced induction. Your 14-15 afr is bad. Thats a lean condition, meaning your risking detonation.

You need to go to a tuner. Running 14 AFR with FI is bad. You seem to have little knowledge on what you should be expecting for datalogs on a supercharged FA20. You need to get educated.
