Probably just the picture angle. Looks about right to me.

Much of it is flammable and will go into the waste oil container. But there are a number of brushes, a couple of airbrush kits (including what appears to be a new Badger) and a couple of other things.

Shoot me PM if you're interested. First come first served - if I like you.
Just a quick bump for the (US) holiday weekend. Tcoat expressed interest, but did not want to take the opportunity away from someone else. FYI - the badger gun is a model 350. There is also a second, no-name (that I can see) gun and several color jars. If you’re interested TC's left the door open. If no one claims the offer by Monday I'll go ahead and send it to Canada.

I would have gotten it, but with only 4 models left to build, and having all the spray cans for them, I decided not to and let someone who has way more models to complete and/or someone who is just starting.

Started the S15 by deepening the panel lines and roughing up the plastic a little. Also, pretty sure this was supposed to be a vented hood, but Aoshima did not cut out the vent, so I did. Also filled in the rear flares since in Aoshima fashion, there was a gap. Also modded an A80 Supra spoiler to use instead of either the OEM S15 wing or the GT wing.

Front bumper is not attached atm since the intercooler needs to be attached to the front bumper first and serves as the mounting point to the body.

Never heard of Minibase before. Apparently they are pretty new.
I have never had any interest in Soviet/Russian aircraft but this review tells me I need to add it to my list.

Indeed. There already were quite a few 1/48 flanker kits already with Kitty Hawk previously being the king and everyone spewing MB as just copying/revising past kit molds as many do. Then MiniBase popped up during lockdown and blew them all out of the water. They also have been including some modern casting methods for the engine nozzles to create highly detailed, seamless parts. To get that quality you would have had to spend $20 on a pair of resin aftermarket replacements to match 'em. I'm not the biggest fan of working with PE but having them in the kit is a huge bonus for the same reason as the nozzles. The only downside I see with the MB kit is the super fine rivet details, only because I'll kill them with all my layers of paintwork. :P

I'm personally waiting for their next release (SU-30SM) which is Jan 2022. That plane happens to be my favorite 'real life' fighter due to it's sleek profile. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/mini...ker-h--1384442

Flankers are huge an I'm not even sure one in 1/48 will even fit in my display.

Haven't touched a model all summer. Will be back up and running soon. I did finally get my static grass applicator from China so the base will be next.
