Based on dominant phenotypes, what would an "everything" human look like?
It is true at least for Star Trek every sentient species encountered looks homogeneous for the most part except maybe the really hot female Vulcan on one of the later TV series. It's like poppy seed, sesame seed or everything.

Most likely, a brown-haired, wavy-haired, brown-eyed, brown-skinned person. Something like a Brazilian or Middle Eastern. Sexual selection determines more of how we will change moving forward more than natural selection. We don’t need pigment, and it is biologically expensive, yet there are no pressures to get darker or lighter skinned. Assuming we don’t have famine or something, then we should expect to see small gains in height too. I’m sure intelligence will improve, even if it is not augmented by cybernetic chips, unless this Idiocracy plays out, but unlikely.

Pretty sure this wouldn’t be accurate at all. Our bodies have innate immunity and acquired immunity. Aliens would likely have the same. Even people who are neutropenic aren’t suddenly overwhelmed by diseases that hypothetically would be bombarding them all the time like the movie suggests. Babies have a giant thymus and almost no immunity until 2-3 months after being born. Moreover, diseases are often species specific. It is why we can use cow pox to give us immunity to small pox because it is bovine specific to only cause disease in one species, yet it is similar enough for acquired immunity to work for us. While it is possible a superbug or virus would be just perfectly evolved to cause disease in an alien and circumvent their innate and acquired immunity, that seems like a stretch. I don’t think there is evidence to suggest all species currently alive exist in a cesspool of deadly viruses that otherwise would have killed them if it wasn’t for evolutionary adaptations. It is fun science fiction, but I doubt there is any basis to thinking there is any truth to it.

Well, like I said, the Idiocracy is real. More people who are methhead "idiots" are breading than intelligent people, but I am using idiots loosely. Intelligence, uneducated and making poor life choices are separate things. Someone could seem like a complete idiot because they are uneducated, grew up in a family of people who were beating them and hitting the pipe every day, so it is no surprise how they turn. Some of these people are intelligence by IQ metrics.
One of my wife's sisters has mental health issues and substance issues. Had kids at a young age. The kids have mental health issues and substance issues now too. Her kids are highly intelligent and very linguistically and musically gifted. My grand niece from my wife's sister's kid's child that is 14 months was walking early, is talking early, and is obviously far ahead of the curve, but her mother is about to pop, strung out and fighting PTSD, bipolar and all types of crap. By any metric, they seem to fall into the Idiocracy camp, yet they are intelligent. I've met many people at my job. Some very successful people were complete idiots and some very dysfunctional addicts were very smart. Studies suggest we are still getting smarter, and I believe they said our brains are still growing. I think it will be hard for society to continue to progress if intelligence or the capacity to retain information and process complex subject matter doesn't also progress. Just in the last few hundred years, a person could have lived their whole life not being able to read and not really knowing much more than what they needed to operate their farm. This isn't to suggest people weren't intelligent then by IQ metrics, but to say, we are progressing fast. Lastly, I believe we will solve a lot of the problems in the future that hold back a large percentage of people that cause the Idiocracy. We might see population control mechanism that limit Idiocracy breading, but we most likely will see universal income, universal healthcare, reduction of substance abuse, free/cheap energy, possibly cheap standard of living, better education, etc. I'm an optimist. If we don't solve certain problems then we will destroy each other and the planet. There isn't really a middle ground I see. Sample of one of his songs. Substance abuse, and he is in jail for breaking into his grandparents house. Too bad. Very smart and very talented.

To play along:
The problem is not intelligence per se - it's our emotional intelligence and reasoned judgement, or rather their absence, that will be the end of us. Our abilities to do things have far outpaced our abilities to determine the wisdom of doing them.
