Nice. We will be twins I think. Great minds after all haha
Next meet is tomorrow and I will be there. Cf my roof today Also had a scare. Turning the corner I hit a dip as I was shifting and sudden lose all power. Revs climb but I can't eeally shift now either so stayed in 2nd and drove to a parking lot. No cel during the time so thought everything was good but when I parked I couldn't restart the car now... nothing wrong under the hood and ecu was deff still plugged in. Haha after 45 mins of stressing and one worried phonecall to dave I noticed that my passport had fallen and was covering the engagment contact for the clutch. Whew my day could of been bad.

Nicely wrapped and it looks great! Seems like they did a professional job with taking the top weatherstrip off and actually wrapped around the roof's contour! Who was this done by??
NMotion?

Nah it was done by a friend of mine. Vinyl Graffiti is his shop. He needed more photos so I let him do my car just the roof in case of birds. My last car roof had so many bird feet marks on it.
EDIT: Thanks again @DaJo I needed someone to calm me down a bit I was too stressed

@Marloon: Nice! Love the S2k but I can't daily one haha. Come to more AutoX!
I wanted to take some time to organize my thoughts and build properly and now I'm going turbo it just seems like a good time. However, I want to start off with how I got into cars in the first place since it all kind of ties into where I'm at now. I remember being at my uncles house bored as there was no one around my age listening to my mom and aunt gossiping away like Asian women do when my Uncle notices and ask me if I want to go see his new to him car. Sure! Not that I really cared more so wanted to do something. What he showed me though sparked my interest as in his garage sat a clean red MKIII Supra. That drive really did it. I started to keep a eye on car news and when the MKIV Supras came out I had a goal. Fast forward until now and I'm not in a Supra haha but thats because I don't want a RHD one, LHD go for crazy prices, most are molested like crazy and I fear going down the same path as the guy in this video. (Unlikely me so poor) [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YrM9NFHhl0Q]My 900+ HP Toyota Supra TURBO - YouTube[/ame] So when I heard rumours that Toyota and Subaru were teaming up to make a light, cheap RWD car I was sold with dreams of build my very own mini Supra. The car buying experience could be a complete thread in itself with all the BS I dealt with and I will leave that out of this post tho I'm sure my pov on it is pretty clear. Now let me explain the names I have chosen for the car as they seem kind of thrown together. Name explaintion contains spoiler to "The Usual Suspects" All villains cause I'm a bad guy XD Phase1. Harley Quinn Phase2. Verbal Kint Phase3. Keyser Söze Harley Quinn for any nerd out there is a reference to the Joker which my username is what she likes to call him. The idea was to keep it pretty simple only enhancing the original feel of the car to help her dance around at autocross and track days. Mods: exhaust, pulley, tune, rims, and tires. Verbal Kint comes from my favorite movie "The Usual Suspects" I choose this name as it kind of embodies my goal of making a car that people will kind of look at thinking its a bit gimped (in power) yet kinda keep up with some of the more bad ass cars haha. Whole new set of exhaust, AVO turbo, UEL headers, clutch and a new tune round out this stage currently Keyser Söze is related to "The Usual Suspects" in which he is Verbal true form. A villain among villains. A lot more crazy than you would expect which is exactly my aim when I get to that point. Mods unknown Today marks the end of Phase1 and the start of... Verbal Kint I had always planned to turbo the car but the idea wasn't suppose to transpire until a couple years had passed but I am pretty keen on the ft86 forums and after driving @AVOturboworld FRS at the 86 Day I was hooked. The evil man who gave me his keys was Bob Wantanabe from @Drift-Office down in Auburn, Washington. After a lot of back and forth messaging we came to a arrangement that both parties were happy with and that where she now sits. 7 Days from this posting is when we will be reunited and it feels sooo goodddd. Can't wait. Only a quick pic as I got excited and forgot about photos and what not haha. Bob is going to document my build for me so I'm glad someone is on the ball. Big shoutouts to both Bob @Drift-Office and Paul @AVOturboworld. Good guys I deff enjoy talking too. Best part is no fear of bbqs!

Urm, I'm just taking pictures of the build process - you can fill in the blanks yourself. Expect the first update within 24 hours.

First batch of turbo pics and updates.
Originally I was going to run the stock clutch for away as I was planning to make just under the stock's limit lol but fear got the best of me and a new clutch was thrown in. Tomei 3" is suppose to come in tomorrow which should finish off the mechanical work. Thursday should start the dyno tune, Firday should be street testing and detail with Saturday being pick up! So it begins... Looks happy in there Turbo with its Oil Pump UEL Headers :ahwow: New AVO Clutch
