I don't remember seeing any pics of this product installed with a Harrop SC , and most of the info that is posted seems to be scattered amongst the dozen?hundred?gazillion? posts on the subject.

One important bit of info that is absent from the majority of the post is that a spacer is required to obtain the clearance between the top of the SC and this strut bar. Thank you to whomever previously mentioned this fact(?-is there another way). I experimented a little, and eventually decided it was easier to buy spacers already on the market, and modify to fit. All the ones I found were marketed toward rallycross to raise the vehicle. Plenty of companies making/selling different versions. I originally intended to use this ABS version as a template for modifying a similar aluminum spacer, but so far it seems to be holding up.

These spacers are intended to be installed under the strut towers, so when installed above the strut towers, material must be removed to clearance the strut tower braces and protruding body panels to which the braces attach. OEM brace pictured below to show that they are "in the way", as are the Raceseng braces I have installed. (and if your going to freehand with a Dremel, expect it to be ugly)

This version of spacers came with mounting hardware which seems to fit with OEM shock mounts. If you have Raceseng CasCam plates, then you gotta get longer bolts. I bought 35mm long replacements which give plenty of thread protrusion (can't have the nutplates falling off/lost as I make adjustments 5 minutes before hot laps begin...thats how I roll).

Why not the Edelbrock one? I used a file to easily sand off the Edelbrock logo, so it didn't mess with the OCD.

Decided to push the limits of the stock block and see how long it lasts. Switched from the 85mm to 75mm pulley and had Neal @theracersline and Zach @Counterspacegarage dial it in on E85. Pretty impressed with the results

Waiting on my Harrop kit to arrive along with Jackson DROC, fuel pump, injectors, and new clutch. Currently on e85, waiting is the hardest part!

DW700cc, ace a350 header/ace front pipe, CSG touring catback. hitting 16psi at redline.

More than the max, I'm impressed with that curve. Almost perfect, linear power delivery. No dips or spikes, just constant pull. Must be a blast on the street.

Power is addicting. The 75mm pulley looks appealing, but then again, so does the 70mm pulley, or even better yet, the 65mm pulley. I find myself thinking of how far I could press my luck too.

Yea it is, I haven’t even had a chance to drive it yet since the switch. Have to wait until I can get it out to the track. Hope it lasts a track day. If not will be figuring out what kind of swap/build I’ll be starting.

Currently the remaining goodies that are employed on the Project 86 are track-only bespoke parts, not in development for consumer purchase.

Where did you get this data? From Harrop? Is this their belt sizes or your estimation of what belts would be needed?

I bought a used kit with a Gates belt that made noise, so I bought the Continental/Goodyear Poly-V Elite/Gatorback in size 4060970, and the belt squeal immediately went away. I can't recall if I changed belt sizes when going to the 85mm pulley from the 95mm pulley, but the belt was obviously easier to get on. I haven't had any belt slippage at all. I know other superchargers have had belt issues, but I haven't had any problems, so I was curious if anyone else has had problems when switching between pulleys and with different belt sizes.

If we look at the change in belt pitch length, we don't see a huge difference:

95mm...6PK2465...2465mm = 97.0in

I seem to be having a problem finding the size belts listed. Like I can't find 4060962.

It's directly from Harrop when I ordered my 65mm and belt. ***Harrop AU as Harrop USA is annoyingly out of the loop.***
Be warned they require a wire transfer for payment, which most banks charge you a fee to do so. Shipping was about 1.5 weeks.

Specifically from Julian over email whom was very helpful, even kicked a "Harrop TVS Supercharged" emblem my way.
