Looking to sell-off or trade my cat back portion: $500

Stock midpipe with OEM resonator still present just modified from 2.25" to 2.5" piping.

Dual exit Nameless axleback 3" piping 5" mufflers and 4" stainless steel double-walled slashed tips.

Will trade for other aftermarket catback systems. With $$ on my end depending. Invidia, TRD, etc.

System is still on the car but can be off as early as next Wednesday. No damage, no holes, no scrapes, everything is in great condition. Just a little dirty.

I am getting ready to purchase my aero kit and rather than take my trunk to a body shop and fill/paint all the holes, I would rather trade for one.

Bumping this in the hopes someone wants to trade. The body shop wants about $1200 to fix + paint match the existing trunk. My APR GTC 200 wing is coming next week, hoping to get this sorted by then.

I work in Palo Alto, so I can deliver/meet up down in the San Jose area easy enough.

$1200 to plug holes n paint? I feel like it would be half that price if you just buy a trunk directly from Subaru n have it painted.

I just had a body shop look at a few paint chips and light scratches, really minor stuff...guy wanted to remove both bumpers and the hood, re-paint, seal, blah blah blah for ~$2100.

Think I'll just order up some Dr. Colorchip.

Might as well repaint the whole car since its not that far away on the amount but on a serious thought, for the other guy its too much just to plug n paint the trunk when he can probably buy a new one trunk, have it painted, and install the new wing for the same price.

I had the same shop price out a new OEM trunk and paint match it. That was actually more expensive at $1600. A second shop quoted me for fixing the existing trunk and they wanted $2900.

Needless to say, I am really hoping someone wants to trade. I knew from the get-go I wasn't going to want the deck lid, I didn't think it'd be that expensive to solve. I should have pushed the Subaru dealer harder to swap trunks with a Premium before I bought the car in April.

Jeez. That's pretty expensive especially for a typical color. New trunks are ~300-400$ from dealership and getting them paint matched shouldn't cost more than $400 (That's assuming you're putting it on yourself I guess). I remember somewhere on the forums, there was a link to a site that sells painted oem parts. Trunks were about $600-700 painted (based off color codes) and after shipping it would have been around $800-900.
