Swan neck wing 1st gen

For the 1st gen I know there is the elusive 14r60 swan neck that is extremely rare however I was looking for something more readily available which I failed to find. I saw a lot of swan necks that mimmic the look of the 14r60 including the sti swan neck but those are for 2nd gens. I was wondering if there is a way to retrofit a 2nd gen swan neck wether its an sti swan neck or even a noble swan neck which is a copy of the sti. Thank you for your ideas in advance.

This looks close to the 14r60, the stays are hideous though.
