I almost traded for a 2017 BRZ with the PP the other day.

But I'm still here. 68K miles. My Power Steering ECU gets replaced today. My first and only mechanical repair on the car.

If that's just a hiccup in what has been a reliable car, I might end up keeping it as we wait for a gen 2, if and when that happens.

Yea, I would keep it until 2nd gen to see if anything new, otherwise I am keeping mine. Mine has 70k running strong!

It’s a shame OP’s vanished, I’d love to see this list updated. Side note; my EL has never worked since I bought the car used, and the switch doesn’t seem to do anything for it. Anyone ever managed to fix one?

FWIR, once they break they're broke. All you can do is replace them, if possible. Scion is gone and with it went all these cool things. I do believe some Priuses (Prii?) have EL badges but I'm not sure. I asked a Toyota parts tech if the parts could be replaced but he couldn't find a part # for them.
