2016 BRZ Dash Trim Dimensions
My buddy got a 3d printer for christmas. Does anyone know the dimensions of the 2016 BRZ radio dash trim?

Can you be more specific about which measurement you're looking for? is it just the rectangle cutout you're looking for? Or the shorter of the two pieces? or the entire length of the 1 piece radio trim?

I can't measure it because I don't have that piece. I am looking for the short piece that goes around the radio. I have a 2013 FRS and the dash trim for that radio doesn't fit around the 2016 brz radio.

If you're looking to 3D print a replacement for it from scratch, you're really going to need one to base it off to start with. There's many small measurements, adjustments, and fitment requirements to be aware of that a simple "here's the dimensions" isn't going to cover. It's amazing how much of an impact being off 1/16 of an inch or less can have on the whole part.
Definitely not saying don't do it, but to do it right you need one to do comparisons with. |
