I had a reminder on my work calendar to message you next week. lol

My Sparco Evo L showed up a couple weeks ago. Thankfully, I seem to fit! Figured I would make sure of that before I started ordering brackets and potentially a second seat!

Last question (and again, apologies) -- I see they offer two different BK mounts, one for wider seats that seem super wide, and the normal one. Which one did you use?

I prefer more leaned back position so one hole down in the back and a couple up in the front probably nets me a touch more headroom too and sounds like it would work.
If you order from and email the team at OG racing they have a list of all seats and what fits with which width bracket. The kits come with shims to use as needed and like noted before. The seat fits really centered

Ordered the 1486 based on Chris @ OG's recommendation.

Thanks for the help and guidance, folks!

QRT-R should be here next week.

So my PCI slider seat mount came in, and I installed my Sparco EVO QRT L. I figured I would update you guys. FYI Sparco seats do not come with bolts to screw into the side mounts. I had to buy some bolts last minute which prolonged the install. I found the size I needed in the included manual which were m8x25. The PCI seat mount is made incredibly well and sits as low as possible. Unfortunately for me, it's still not low enough, I think I gained about 1/2 inch of headroom, my helmet stills rubs on the roof if I sit straight. The only other thing I could do is get a seat mount without sliders which might get me 1 more inch of headroom.

For anyone curious on this, Sparco does have a hardware kit you can order with your seats. I ordered one with my seat, figured it was easier that running around looking for them later.

My mounts from BK finally showed up, and then the sliders from @NoHaveMSG are here too! I will try and take some pictures of the process. Gotta move my roomates Ducati's that are blocking access to the drivers side of the BRZ this week, then can start the install process.

Sadly - we are in 3 days of winter storm watches, they are talking freezing rain, rain, or snow from 0-20 inches depending on the how the storm tracks this week. So, haven't been too excited to move bikes ahaha.

I forgot to message you. They shipped to my dads work, so I didn't see them for a while after they showed up.

Get a generic 3.3 Ohm resistor from Amazon (RIP Radio Shack) and install in the plug

Something like this uxcell 30pcs 2W 1% 3.3 Ohm Resistance Through Hole Metal Oxide Film Resistor https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00SWK3Q42...ing=UTF8&psc=1

Put each end in the plug end and tape it up

I have some generic resistors on the way from a buddy that has 100s of them in his shop, but decided to order one of them from the link I posted above to try it out.

I like the idea of a good clip in connector for it vs taping it up and having issues with a loose connection.

Will report back either way with results, or if I get really ambitious and take the stock plug apart and pin the resistor into it, I will put info on that.
