Over here we had a model called the Pacer. 1.4L engine, weighed less than 900kg, so quite nippy. Still didnt need aero at an INDICATED 180kph.

Yeah, I had a choice of 1.4 too, and 1.0, but at that time I could only afford 0.9 with its mighty 39 HP or so. Still drove it through much of Europe, including German Autobahns, Italian autostrade, and Saint Bernard Pass in the Alps, elevation 2469 m/8100 ft.

Are there holes into the engine bay under the fender trim? Vents might help relieve under hood pressure.

Quit trying to out think the engineers and just drive the car.

The first day I got my Frs, I went 134mph on a Glendale Freeway, on my way home from the Canyons by Los Angeles Crest, the whole cabin was shaking

Welcome to the forum, there JDMV ......

....... that's for driving too damn fast on a public highway.

That shaking was your brain shaking ...... not the cabin shaking!

I suggest you keep the speed below 100 mph.

WOW ...... up in these parts, if you got caught going that speed, after 2 months in jail, they would take you into court.

Nope, no traffic school ....... you wouldn't need it ....... cause you would no longer have a drivers license......

Oh, yes ....... the sale of your car would pay your fine.

Honestly, I was just so excited to finally own an Frs! I wasn't thinking, my friend and I were racing home on the free way (he drives a Audi TT) after my first-amazing canyon run at midnight and I just floored it. He backed out at 110mph and I was like fuck it I'm not going to baby out thats what they expect(I'm a girl>.<) in my bone stock frs... not the smartest moment in my life but it sure as hell was the most riveting!
