I browse the forums the most from my phone. No real good adblockers for that.

Also, even using ublock origin on my computer doesn't block all the ads.

Do you have it setup with a vpn for your home network to feed traffic through from your phone?

i'm just on a pihole, and no issues...

the only ad i get is the delicious tuning in the top right corner.

Dunno my ublock is set to auto update and they've all been updated recently.

But still, doesn't help if I'm going on the forums from my phone 80% of the time.

I don't see a single ad using Vivaldi or DuckDuckGo browsers.

People who are satisfied with their default browsers will continue to see ads.

It takes five minutes to install a browser that is designed to eliminate unwanted ads. Do something about it or continue to remain complacent with what you are familiar with and continue to be bothered by pop ups.

Lol nice to know you guys only seem to care about the admin profiting off this site instead of making real improvements.

Nobody should have to install anything to deal with the new ads we've been getting. And this is coming from someone who's used ad blockers for years.

The original banner ad wasn't a problem at all and at least some of us felt it was necessary to support the operation of the site but that's clearly not the case at this point.

the irony here is that the admin isn't profiting off anyone with ad blocker. with the blocker, ad's simply don't load, so they don't count towards the final tally, so they technically lose money with every person running ad block...

so more than likely, because there's more people running ad blockers, it means they need more ad's to make up for the lost revenue.

this was jalopniks case as well. now the site literally doesn't load anymore there's so many ad's

Guys, the site admin is working super SUPER hard. Your voices will be heard and issues addressed once they fix the Garage function. With the current time line, some time between now and later it will, or will not, be addressed
