TRD Springs/Sway Bar

Has anyone gotten the TRD springs and sway bar installed locally? Dealer is quoting $1700 for parts and labor including alignment which seems way high, even for a dealer. The install is around $1k with ten hours between the spring installs and the alignment. Is this price as high as I'm thinking it is, anyone already done it?

Seeing how a guy that works for toyota told me he easily paid 200 for the springs. A lot of these things can be done at a friends house with a beer and pizza. Only thing would probably be the alignment, and i doubt it should cost a grand.

The cost at that quote was almost entirely in springs, I called Toyota of Orange and they quoted a grand parts and labor for the springs alone. Of course they wanted more than $800 (P&L) for the sway bars, but that from what I've seen is ridiculously easy and I'll do myself. Another place quoted me at $250 for the springs install, but they won't order the parts for me. That's probably what I'm going to do unless someone knows a dealership that will come in at a reasonable price.

Avoid ToO... they are shady. To be honest those parts could really be installed by yourself and an alignment could be done for a lot less...
