So, I sent this next pic to my son, and he thought that the brackets would block out needed air flow

So, I took it all off and trimmed down my brackets! This pic also shows one of the Setrab brackets, which allow the cooler to be rubber mounted, top and bottom.

Sorry, no pics of me making my own hoses! I mocked the hoses in position to find the best routing, then cut the hoses and attached the ends.
Here is a view above the cooler:

Are you going to stabilize it at the bottom or planning on leaving it cantilevered off the crash beam?

Black brackets would help it blend back in! But they look better after the modifications.

And a view of my installed sandwich plate with hoses connected. The yellow fitting coming out of the right side of the plate is for my AEM oil pressure gauge sensor.

Hmm. With the open grill, my new cooler is susceptible to rocks and stones!
I went to Home Depot and bought a single piece of rain gutter cover / expanded metal. I painted it flat black and wire-tied it to the back of the opening in the bumper:

DONE. (you may now comment)

All done! dramatic difference in oil temps! Total cost of all the parts: $546.26 not counting taxes or shipping charges. It is nice to be within driving distance of Summit Racing!

My aluminum brackets secure the cooler at top and bottom. The 4 rivnuts are solid!

Black would be nice, but I'm not concerned about esthetics!

Do you have a picture how you ran the lines around/under the headlight. I was trying to mock mine up with a similar placement and just didn't like how the lines went through that area.

I don't have a good pic of how I routed the hoses, but I forgot to include this one. The longer hose goes thru the foam just outside the radiator high and connects with the 45 degree fitting at the plate. The short hose goes thru several inches lower, and comes up to the plate at the 90 degree fitting on the right of the plate.
