I hope you get this resolved, and Seibon pulls their head out of their ass...sorry if I kinda sounded like I was defending their product. As far as alternatives for lip spoilers have you looked at the LuxMotion one...I almost went for that but I wanted exposed CF for the lip for a little contrast.

As for the rest of my car's appearance I was gonna buy the Seibon CF fenders and side skirts, but in support of you guys I'm instead foregoing the fenders and going with URAS for the side skirts and rear spats, and Chargespeed for a new bumper.

Good luck getting this straightened out.

Here is a pic of what my hood looked like in just 3 years, and it started looking bad after 2.

before

after getting fixed up my a local auto body shop.

lol fitment was great on my parts.....some carbon fiber might come out bad, dont get me wrong but as for what this chadstyle says...there is nothing wrong with my hood or trunk! he just wanted to state a point! on my thread, i'm not mad...just how you thread jacked me made me upset, thats all....but you could of been a better man about it and make another thread about bad products...but he was itching to say something...again @chadstyle I'm sorry to hear your bad exprience with seibon and I know you want to get your voice out! but here you go again being a little kid posting up my thread...like a kid.. lol just let it be man....you have your wish there's a thread now talking about SEIBON...

I posted a pic of my car from SEMA that looked like the hood was popping out a little...I told Chadstyle that its due to my battery being un pluged cause its a indoor show...thats how me and @chadstyle were bumping heads...

so here you go....some newer pics...with no fitment issues...

There's this mythical place called the BBB that you can report SEIBON to if you don't agree with their business practices. Point was made in this thread in just a couple posts. The other 2.5 pages are just bickering and get no where.

Why not set up a feedback thread for people with ACTUAL first hand experience with PROOF to rate the vendor?

You can clean it up and keep the actual SEIBON related feedback right?

There's a lot of no value posts in here.

BBB reports do nothing in my experience. I've filed them anyway for posterit and it made me feel better, but in the end didn't do anything.

And there in lies my point, honestly. BBB will not do anything until they receive enough claims. Point being, isolated instances like this spread like wildfire because so few post up positive experiences and even fewer pay attention to positive reviews. This blew up because a handful of people were able to find the same thread and comment in it.

Was their customer service poor? Yeah, and I agree it should be handled better. But this got really out of hand with name calling and such with no data aside from the OPs negative experience (which I'm glad he shared).

To the OP I can only suggest disputing the charge through whoever you did business with to get the spoiler. Ultimately they should be able to take matters further in my opinion. It's not your job as the customer to deal with SEIBON.

Thought maybe they had changed their ways and with all their stuff on SEMA cars you would think they would handle this better.
In my time modifying cars I have never seen their product fit without alterations (professional installation) their name is not synonymous with quality, every car builder I know that used their stuff at SEMA had to heat shape and or modify their products to fit. There are plenty of other parts houses making CF parts, if it's your choice to choose them their motto is take it our way or leave it.

Thanks for sharing your experiences as well. I have been building SEMA and CES as well as customer cars for over 15 years now. I thought some HONESTY would be appreciated but a few have decided to bash me instead. Your dealings with fellow builders have echoed mine as well. Thank you!
