I might be. I took maybe Bear Creek exit from hwy 17 to Boulder Creek. That was a great time.

What route did you want to do?

Normally I go from Saratoga springs and North past Alice's and up to intersection of 35 and 92. I'm down to try the Boulder Creek route though.

I would not turn onto 35(Skyline) from Bear Creek Rd. Skyline from Bear Creek up until the stop sign at Skyline and Black Rd is basically a two way, one lane road. It is not a stretch of road for a "spirited" drive. When you come up to a car going the other way, you hope it is in a spot wide enough that you can get around each other.

I could go Sunday.

It’s been a minute since I’ve driven it. I had a safety yellow is300 then. Paying attention to that warning is smart though. I remember going down Bear Creek you’re in the inside of the road.

I too do not prefer the two way, single lane roads. Had some close calls before.

Bear Creek from 17 to 9 in Boulder Creek is a great road, and bicycles basically stay off Bear Creek. Turn right on 9. 9 in Boulder Creek to Skyline has some incredible corners, especially before it comes up to and connects with Big Basin Way. I took Tcoat there.

Once you are at the intersection of 9 and Skyline, you can go to Alices, then 92, or down to Saratoga.

God I miss the Santa Cruz mountains.
