Had a shot at installing the C&C Carworx visors.... Key word had. The visors I recieved had little to no stick left on the tape before I even removed the tape cover. Ended up ripping the tape off of them and ordering some more 3M (i'd seemingly run out without realizing). I'll pick the installation up in a couple of days when the tape arrives and see how it goes.

Did have more luck with the wife's '15 Crosstrek. Was able to install the hood deflector and the window guards on there for her.

Edited my OFT OTS UEL E85 tune to eliminate the crazy loud cold start. I feel SO much better about my headers now.

Just curious, how is this accomplished?

Got my dash camera in yesterday, installed in about 30 minutes. Quite impressed with all the data it tracks for $75.

I just leave it unlocked while warming up and have the key fob with me. Unless you have anything valuable in the car no one can get anywhere without the key in proximity

U know that if you start the car and leave your key out of the car it will still runs and drive perfectly fine until you turn it off. At which point if you dont have the key anymore you're screwed.

Theres no way to lock the car once its started with the key fob outside it.

Well they can drive off, but once they turn off the car, it's done for without the key. So I just take my wallet and such with me until I'm returning to the car. No biggie.

yes there is. lock it manually on the door handle.

then to unlock it you use the physical key that's inside the fob.

I stand corrected.
Just tried it and it works. It's weird that the doors won't unlock normally or with the fob button, the key has to be used.

It's a Mini 0805. I hardwired it in the sense that I used the 12v plug it came with and plugged it into the socket in the glove box. That socket comes on and goes off with the ignition. Didn't really feel like running an actual hardwire to the fuse box.

Short answer: I installed RomRaider, loaded up the proper xml definitions, and loaded up my tune file. Go into the "Ignition Timing - Advance" folder, and open the "Ignition Timing Post-Start" table. Change all values from -15 to -0.04.

I followed this thread among others on here.

Yep. Still have to find exhaust leaks (weekend project), but cold start is MUCH more reasonable now.
