We've had some personal issues that's been sorted out so we are expecting some updates by the end of next week. Its coming, I am just glad everyone is alright. Health comes first.

Edit: I also noticed that your initial startup sweep only reaches 6,000 RPM, I've looked at mine and other videos on YouTube which goes the full length up to 9,000 RPM. Just curious what the reason is.

It was installed in a FRS, a BRZ would do the full sweep.
Here is a shot in sunlight, unlit. Keep in mind, the real STi (WRX) throughout the years always had the cluster permanently back lit in red. We've made adjustments to the material to make sure it would show up as good as it possibly can while staying true to the STi. To illustrate the point, see the bottom picture of a OEM STi cluster on the WRX.
