Maybe I'll just make and "exit" duct out out of the side glass behind the door.

The best solution would be lexan rear with side louvers like rear engine cars have, but I'm not spending that much on this project.

Don't forget that the actual cabin exhausts are still there. I think they work better with the seat folded down and such. If it's a dedicated track rat, maybe test with louvers removed altogether.
