Working in manufacturing I don't have to deal with the general public but since I run what is classified a "service" department every one of the employee's is technically a customer.

I have come to absolutely dread any statement that starts with "I read on the internet..."

Customer just came in as i was writing this and asked me if he could use a ftlb torque wrench on his carburetor.. #readthemanual or pay the price of a few hundred dollars every time you make this mistake.. which im sure will happen again because #commonsense not so common.
