Drove my FRS today. Discovered that you really miss having tpms sensors when you pass the 20th vehicle on the side of the highway in 10 miles and a rather violent blowout happens on the car you are about to pass. Made it home without crashing or losing a tire.

Thought he had made it and I just didn't see him. When I stopped at the lights a few miles later I saw his tail pop up in front of my hood as he jumped off and ran away apparently unscathed.
Was it the g-forces or the wind that kept him stuck to the grill?

My assumption was that some asshat dropped a box of nails on the road somewhere and all the slow punctures started to have an effect at approximately the same place.

Please say that's not a serious question.

But just in case, neither. It was the squirrel hanging on for dear life.

That's a pretty good theory. Assholes.

With me, that squirrel would have gone through the grill, and the radiator. I don't brake for squirrels.

I was in the middle of a residential area with a 30 mph speed limit so he wouldn't have gone through anything. I brake for animals because I have seen what sort of damage they can do and would rather avoid it if possible.

What the heck is a "va love moose"?

(it's been a LONG day at pa-pa's day care - the toddler is deep into the "terrible twos".)

Her family (my daughter) is a "no spanking" family, so I'm running out of disciplinary strategies.
