Good question
They're very similar in design to the Volk CE28n, so i guess around 7.5 kg (16lbs) I'll weight them and i'll share.

Estimation was spot on, interestingly! 7.5kg for 17*9.5; that's really light if you ask me.
Otherwise, I continued to receive some deliveries. First, a BBK: RR racing stage 4 - those are for the rear, the front will come later. Then a bunch of smaller items Carbone Lorraine RC6e brake pads ARP studs Perrin steering rack lockdown Thanks to @CounterSpace Garage for the delivery of all of this. Some much bigger parts have been received from them too, I'll share when i'll have time to get some pictures!

7.5 kg is very light for a 9.5x17 (OEM wheels are 9.2 kg and smaller size).
Great choice! Thank you for the answer! Very very good stuff all around! Will the steering be stiffer with the Steering Rack Lockdown? On the homepage they say that there might be some increase of noise, vibration, and harshness. In which situation, is there any experience with that? Because vibrations in the steering are not great |

The steering rack lockdown is not installed yet, so I can't answer on driver feedback so far. There should be an increase of NVH; though it should be minimal.
Unfortunately, it will be difficult to assess to which degree it adds NVH once installed, since I will install all my hardened bushings and the new suspension in the same time - all of them will increase NVH too.

Ok with all the other stuff installed at the same time it would be impossible to filter the benefit from the steering rack lockdown.
But sounds like an easy mod. |

I've just received something which will be a massive upgrade, straight from TMG, the toyota branch managing the european GT86 cup.
Opening the carton, and got some mechanical porn inside! Bilstein MDS, 2 ways coilovers, with relatively stiff springs: 14kg front and 18kg rear. they're valved specifically for the needs of the 86cups; i.e. 86s on full slicks! I can't wait to mount everything... All my cartons are in my garage; waiting to go on the car!

The springs have CE markings, so yes.
There is no requirement on the shocks themselves from my knowledge, as they are considered replacement parts, hence can be sourced outside of the manufacturer.

The price you got on those wheels are not just OK, you got a crazy price. The shipping was expensive, lol!!! Thank you for a smooth sale and glad the wheels arrived undamaged.

A small update: here's a video of my last snow track session of the season.
[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XX6MJzK3Iw4"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XX6MJzK3Iw4[/ame] I haven't installed any part yet due to lack of time - which makes for 20k worth of spares actually rotting in my garage... I'll install them in April, ready to go for the track season

Car is now reaching completion - only the aero is pending (4 months waiting time from Voltex)
A track session is planned on 28th May to test the build so far.

Great build !! I'm sure you are anxiously waiting to get it out on the track.
Can that damper setup be purchased in the US as well?

I am not sure. May be a US shop has agreements with TMG? In Europe, the only way to get them is to go through someone who owns a GT86cup, and pretend it is a replacement part.

Final touch on the car are being installed, with a full aero kit from InGs, and full interior.
Can't wait to have the car back on the track
