I might order from RCE. The ones they ship with the RCE yellows. They are shorter but have a higher durometer rating. The OEM are longer but softer so if you cut them they *might* work but not sure at what diminished capacity. Like I said.. best we hear back from the guys that design the thing... |

If you have wide wheels you might rub depending on offset and the camber adjustment methods used. I just installed mine and it rubs up front so I had to pull out my old spacers to temporarily fix the issue. I'll have to use camber plates instead of bolts since bolts make the rubbing worse by moving the wheel closer to the spring. I have some things in the works to fix this issue and also waiting on my raceseng rear tops to come in aswell so I'll make a review after the bugs have been fixed.
I have 18x9.5 +40 on 265's and lowering about 2" so once I'm satisfied with the setup I'll chime in to confirm it works.

The tire rubs on the spring and yes these springs are wider than your typical coilovers almost like stock.

Is there any confirmation on the bump stops? Reuse OEM? Reuse OEM but cut them? Order shorter bump stops from another company?

I had another look at the instruction manual, and although its not entirely clear, I believe you're supposed to reuse the factory bump stops without cutting. FWIW, I'm running mine on shortened bump stops without any issues....no clunking or noise whatsoever.
Perhaps you could try running the full length OEM bump stops first, then after a couple of months swap over to shorter aftermarket bump stops and see whether you prefer it that way. The rear shocks are pretty easy to remove and re-install to make this do-able within an hour. |

Thought I read somewhere that Bilstein coilovers have internal bumpstops?

Several people have installed these without any issues so I would say the bump stops issue is well not an issue and easily tackled with the included instructions. |
