Lexus 500c hybrid is there. Beautiful and 118000 dollars.
Infiniti Q60 red sport. For me second place. 65000 dollars. No Alfa.Romeo. no Kia stinger. |

I was surprised how "cheap" the LC500h was.
Did you sit in the Loncoln Continental? So much car for the money! Only 80 grand.

The Lincoln and genesis cars were beautiful. The Lexus LC500 hybrid is about 20,000 dollars less than the LC500 with the 500+ hp engine. I have to say, Honda and mini were to 2 brands that had little to offer on the excitement front. KNow that the Ford Focus RS has an outstanding engine but I would have a hard time shelling out over $46000.00 for it.

2017 headlights
So I went to Toyota Barrhaven today. Was thinking about swapping out my current headlights for the 2017 model. Asked for the price, guy wasn't very welcoming. Tells me not available. so I asked what would happen if I wrecked my 2017 headlight assembly. I couldn't replace it? He then gave me a price of $1275 each light. $2550 for both. I call bullcrap.

Price looks legit looking at OEM part costs online. Way too high though. I crunched one light and had to replace the whole car. Due to arrive in next two weeks. The wait is killing me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Yeah. I was stunned at the price. Would be $3000 installed. 10% of value of car. If it makes you feel any better, looks like 2 weeks wait for all of us storing our cars as well. I am having a tougher time than last year. Might try the smoked film. |

Met a grey FRS driver at Bestbuy Barrhaven today.
Also waved at a 2017 owner - have to stop doing that while driving the Mazda 3... Looks like the community is growing. |

I sell BMW parts so of course they're expensive. The cheapest headlight assembly I've sold or quoted has been $2000. Headlights are complicated though. If the 86 is HID The ballasts are probably inside. If they're height adjustable that's one more thing inside.
All this just to say that headlights are REAL expensive lol

Talking about HID Oem Toyota headlights, I have been wanting them too, the 2017 headlights are out of question, but I just installed what on the photo which are the release series hid headlights, I built a few custom harnesses and now my DRL is always on. It was difficult figuring out how to wire the harness, I had to use Diodes to make the DLR always on work. I doubt that the dealership would make the effort to figure that out for you. Next weekend I will be putting the bumper back when I am done painting the RS1 front lip... yeah these lights cost a bunch, but its a nice face lift. I cant wait to see what mine will look like... 2017 headlights on a 13 Raven should look pretty cool too. I would say spend the 3G and dont worry about it! ;P

Kick off to 2017
Couldn't take it anymore. Opened garage, attached portable battery charger and fired it up. WOW!!! Took her out for rip with battery charger in passenger seat. Off to home depot to buy screw for front plate..92 cents.
Car dead, portable charger does not work. Buy cables $7.46. Home depot allows employee to come give me a boost, Nothing!!!. Tow truck (flat bed with wood) because lowered. $113.00 off to Tony Graham. New Battery$145.00. Car now running again. Morale of the story. Best night I have had in a long time. |
