See my post #8 for the autometer adapter for the pressure sender (p/n 2269). I would not recommend using a t adapter as it may break over time and create an oil leak. The gauge can be programmed to indicate low pressure.
I mean if you don't get a badly built t fitting it will be just as solid/resistant to leaks as the actual sensor?!? You know they make them in oter material than brass right? If you're worried about it breaking or cracking over time just get one that's built from a different material (chromoly, stainless, hell titanium if you really want to)

For pressure only, you could also buy a T adapter disconnect factory sensor(green wire) and replace with the T adapter and both sensors plugged (can't also do temp here as it is not in the flow).
Hi

Well I have not installed the innovate pressure/temp sensor anyway, and got my self a TRD oil temp gauge instead so i put my temp sensor in the oil gallery.

I'll use the innovate for a future track car or something

Got mine installed the other day and we ended up going off the wires that go into the back of the clock. The red/black wire is constant power, green/white is ignition on, and black/yellow is ground. We didn't bother with the dimmer but might look into that in future if it's too bright at night.

Anyone try to install the Perrin Oil Temp Adapter with the Innovative MTX Dual Oil Temp / Oil Pressure gauge?

I have the Perrin Oil cooler, so the temp adapter would just be a direct swap for that spacer, but the problem lies in the Oil Temp sender - it's too long for the depth of the adapter. Any thoughts?

Suggest you take a look at another kit w/ multiple temp ports for reference.

Blitz: https://www.flickr.com/photos/137904...h/23290625593/

My install:
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=99441

For your reference, the Blitz kit allows the individual elements to be purchased separately. However, you may have to redo your lines.

Including the port on the spacer portion, there are a total of 6 1/8PT sensors that can be mounted on the Blitz setup.

Did you end up taking some pics of the wiring set up?

Oil gauge

I bought the Beatrush sandwich plate as its one of only 2 i think that will clear the lip on our oil filter flanges, works great, no leaks yet. I have the Defi oil pressure gauge installed in the ATI vent pod. Follow this install guide, its rock solid http://theattack.rallysportdirect.co...r-ssubaru-brz/

Is your oil pressure reading still low with that gauge?

Not with the mechanical gauge. It did with the digital gauge.

Bringing thread back with some questions regarding oil press gauge, which I'm installing due to other issues and wanting to keep an eye on oil.

I snapped a brass oil galley adapter at 27 ft/lbs, using my craftsman torque wrench. Only mentioning the brand as it is more accurate than my harbor freight for lighter torque numbers. I read that 27 was OEM spec.

1.) Anyways, because of this I'm a little concerned with long term use, and removal of the brass fitting down the road. Has anyone had issues removing the brass oil galley plug after it has been installed for a period of time?

2.) There are steel oil galley plug adapters, any issues running these? Good bad?

That's a bit much, 8-10 lbs is plenty. Next time you need a torque spec just google the fastener, it will usually get you in the ball park.

Never use brass or aluminum in a high vibration area. (AKA screwed into a block) Steel is always good.
