I do, I've been posting on this thread for a good while. I have 2 dealers with #1 allocations. 1st one is from Feb 1st.

Can't find any news, but is Subaru/Toyota done production for this year?

I'd say you have a good shot at a car this summer, but I just don't know how it works. It depends on whether preference requests that have been hanging open for a long time get higher priority to be filled. That would make sense to me (and bode well for us) though I'm afraid it doesn't work that way.

Finally heard from one of the bay area dealers i had a deposit at! While not Neptune it is a Halo (better than raven/steel/red for me). Thinking I may bite the bullet on this one. I'm not sure when/if ever my dealer will get a neptune base/premium manual.

That's great. It's the times we live in, you have to take what you can get. In 2019, yeah don't settle. But now, the fact that you have an opportunity to get one in white. Why not!

Congrats.

I passed on a raven and steel previously, but I think white is acceptable. This will be my 5th white car in a row though…at least it’ll be my first pearl one!

Tried to place an order with one of my dealers in FL today and they told me they are no longer accepting orders for the 2022, but are not yet accepting orders for the 2023's.

Same story with my local Subaru dealer. Interesting.

It's not looking good to get a white, manual, base car in Colorado this summer (I put my name on the list in November). So now I'm opening myself up to flying anywhere in the country to pick one up. If you hear of one available please let me know.

I randomly called a dealer here in Oregon about two weeks ago and asked about msrp and availability, and they were like hey yeah we have a Premium Trueno Blue AT for msrp coming at the end of April. You want it? Being this is a DD for me vs the MT backroads car that my Supra is, I said yeah, and they put it down as reserved (+sent me a build sheet with VIN) and once it was loaded on the ship they contacted me with the updated status and asked for my $500.

Should be arriving in two to three weeks.

But I realize from reading here that I guess MT cars, especially Premiums are the ones that are super hard to get atm.

^Yes, AT cars seem easy to come by. MTs are hard and MT Base nearly impossible.

I found a car but the extra money they want is a tough pill to swallow. After all the fees, market adjustments, things they want to add that I don't want, and things I want to add (GR bronze wheels) it's $41,000.

Only cars I’ve seen hitting dealers past few weeks have been AT. Hasn’t been many cars but all AT.

Had a dealer call me and tell me that they had an order cancel, so I got to put a deposit on an incoming Red GR86 Premium 6mt! It is due in country in the next 2 weeks, then another ~3 weeks to make it to the dealer.

They wanted $5000 ADM, with $2500 subtracted if I was trading something in. I negotiated them down to MSRP if I trade in with them, otherwise $2500 ADM. I will be hitting them hard on my STI's trade value, and if they aren't competitive with the offers I can get from "we buy cars" services I will back out of the deal. Here's hoping it works out!

Two things - nobody came close to the offer and payment I ended up getting from Vroom. I almost felt guilty ...

Second, my Neptune Blue GR86 premium MT landed in Oakland on February 21 and I am still waiting for it to show-up at the dealer in Cincy. I do believe I was effected by the rumored, but unconfirmed, QC hold, and I also had several port-installed options (ppf, rear-bumper applique, homelink). Original arrival at dealer date was March 31st, then April 2-4th, currently April 7th - 9th. Just sayin.
