It's going to depend on the dealer/regional rep. I had no issues getting my 2013 worked on under warranty, even a new trans around 18-19k miles. The car had Essex AP racing brakes, coilovers, r comps, numbers on it, tire marks from the track on it, covered in brake dust, etc.
The regional rep saw it and asked if I was going to boost it to improve it's track performance. Shrug.
