I wouldn't have paid $50k, that's Nissan 200SX (IE; Pricegouge) territory. I was expecting $40k base, which was acceptable (typical Australia Tax pricing) but when the premium was $35,490 -- Cheaper than Japan, ex tax -- I was ecstatic.
