+30. It's going to rub. You need those parts you listed, probably narrower tires. Read through the Meaty tire thread. Low offset wheels are usually running 225/40. 265 tires are usually on +38 offset and higher wheels. I'm not saying it can't be done, be you will need more camber.

On a positive note, I love SSR SP1 wheels!

Good luck!

Just got a set of Advan RG3 18x9.5" 45offset
My car has 1.2" drop in the front and 1" drop in the back.
My goal is to have the 235 or 245? Will these fill the wheels width?
And what tire size fit my set without rubbing? Thank in advance.

Are you on springs or coilovers?
Springs, 9.5's don't fit well. You would need spacers.
Coilovers, you are good. 245/35 or 255/35 will fit.

Is anybody running a 17x8.5 +45 up front with -2* camber on oem sized springs/dampers (lowered on springs, bilstein coilovers, etc)?

I have found results of people saying that the set up will fit with minimal camber, but ideally would like to retain as close to -2* camber as possible without running a spacer and not have to switch to new coilover set up.

tire size 245/40/17

You will need a spacer. It is going to rub with those specs. I was running a 18x8+45 with a 245/35. I got a 10mm spacer to add camber bolts. Your wheel is 6.3mm closer to tbe perch/strut than mine. ( before camber) I was about 7mm away before adding camber and the spacers.

This is really useful...

I just got a set of kw v3 and they don't come with front camber plate.
My goal is to run the 245/35 tires with my 18x9.5 wheels, and I think I will need negative camber for fender clearance? Will I need front camber plates and rear LCA? Thanks.

Need is relative. If you want sporty/trackish alignment you will want more camber in the front than in the rear. So you would "need" those parts. If you are fine with rear having more camber and just want to fit the wheels, you are fine.

Thanks. If I only have budget for one, should I get the front camber plates or the LCA?
