I already replaced the fittings on the back with brass ones.

The elbow that keeps splitting is the rubber on that connects to the nipple on the bypass valve pictured below:

I replaced it with this Dorman but it split twice overtime. It's the only one that fits.

I'm just wondering why it didn't throw my AFR off. So weird!

Been using dorman 419-610 76mm pulley since last august with no issues, but decided to test out dorman 419-606 82.5mm pulley, probably the largest one that fits. You will need a belt 10mm longer if switching from the 610 been using this since last week so far no issues no reason to suspect there will be. This maximizes belt wrap on the SC pulley to prevent belt slip especially at high rpm with the 69mm sc pulley.

How many miles? Replace the plactic barbs on the back of the charger with brass fittings. Mine had 30k on the clock and another 10k and it's been working just fine.

I use the Verus AOS complete kit with mine. I chose this one because of the location, how the throttle body is close to the AOS for the coolant mod, and just overall design.

Initially I used basic hoses but saw that one of my lines kept collapsing. Then i upgraded them again to handle up to 200 PSI and they still collapsed. So I bought hydraulic hoses and they haven't collapsed at all.

I made a video on this on youtube. I haven't made an newer video showing the hoses installed yet.
