I think the flutter only happens when I try to turn my key

Just let your mechanic do his thing. It might not actually be the throttle body. It's possible that something else is telling it to act wacky. Sounds like he's on the case.

Car just cranks now and doesn’t want to turn on. Ive also had some problems with the battery, and apparently a fuze is going bad. I thought maybe I didn’t put the correct gas but I’m 99% sure I used 91 octane .. which is what it takes, I don’t think I would mess that up, but still a possibility.
Hmmmm...

Reminds me of situations back in the day ( @Tcoat and @Ultramaroon ) will remember, when detergent oil was introduced. People would put the "new type" of oil in their old engines to "clean" them.

Well, it "cleaned" them alright ...... and the engines started burning oil, valve trains started loudly chattering and rods started making knocking sounds.

Yeahhh I get what you mean, my guess is that the fuel filter is clogged, plus this car has 105,000 miles and I’m sure the old owner didn’t change the fuel filter, I have a feeling it’s just going to be my fuel filter clogged and not feeding fuel to the engine for startup

You can see a lot of those types of fields using a bluetooth OBD2 reader and an app like torque. I use it quite a bit to figure out issues and have a cheap tablet dedicated to using in the shop. Codes a lot of times, are symptoms and not the actual problem. It's kind of like your car saying "my stomach hurts."
