That's the best Ferrari FRS replica I've seen yet.

My condolences.

Sorry for your loss!

Interested to see what the dealership tells you, i would think they would give you a new one for their mistake. But more so interested in what they do about your modifications!

woah dude....and I though my car looked like hell after my car accident....

Glad you're able to walk out of alive and safe! Either get FULL money back or have whoever fucked it up car replace the entire car (and rims as well). Threaten to sue if you have to because you could have died because of it. Good luck!

Oh my...so sorry for your loss. If the dealership won't give you a replacement vehicle, fight that shit. They may try to get you to have your insurance total it (obviously) and if you have GAP insurance, for that to pay it off but that will just put you back to square one without any of the money you paid on it already as compensation.

coming from 2 car fires to a BRZ if this happens I am going to give up on driving. (funny story: My insurance company just sent me a letter dropping my policy because of the 2 fires).

So, just so that you know. You should fight for the dealer should do a 1:1 replacement of your car. Granted they likely will not cover anything aftermarket. They should replace the car, pay off the loan on the old one, and pay the same amount you have paid on the loan on the new one.

If the dealer did it and does not come through. Get the Corporate number/address and threaten to sue the company for their wrong doing. That dealer will be put in-line almost instantly.

You SHOULD NOT let they bully you into having your insurance company cover the damages because they will drop you and make it hell for you to get coverage (speaking from 3 hours on the phone today looking for someone to pick up my policy).

You can sue the dealership for the value of aftermarket stuff lost. They will try and tell you otherwise. People think you cannot but you can since their actions caused damage to your aftermarket stuff. Talk to your insurance company to help fight for you.
