Today I learned (actually discovered a few weeks ago) that a water softener is far better than a water conditioner. We now have both... But if you are considering a softener then you will need to install a water filter for your drinking water.

Being employee owned we usually profit share at the beginning of December. So I was confused why he wouldn’t just stick it out another 2 months and pick that up before leaving. He didn’t have another job lined up yet as as far as I know(we still talk) doesn’t. Seeing how wreaked things are I think he was overwhelmed and just said screw this. A lot of our venders are 21-73 weeks out and he didn’t have the mechanical background to source from other suppliers. I have been essentially doing the bare minimum for day to day, but have been hammering on trying to find and get allocation of substitute parts. Yesterday I went into the office at 8am and left at 11pm.
