When Ho came up to visit, as I was test-driving his car, I tried to do a quick little chirp pulling into the driveway with his PSSs. All I did was jerk our necks. It threw me off enough that I'm once again leery of the sticky stuff.

I can't keep buying peoples used stock tires mounted to their wheels, and I don't want to pay all that money for so-so tires.

I came off the clutch a little quick last night and squawked my Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires by accident (really it was). They give great grip when needed but can be coaxed into breaking loose with just a little more work than stock. They do have a bit softer sidewall though so some people here don't like them when it gets warm out and they would totally suck as a track tire.

I wish the rear side windows could pop open a little bit. Like the windows on some minivans. I think it would be nice.

Ever since that conversation with @jawn, I'm convinced the fun factor is all about that stiff sidewall. I guess tires aren't a huge commitment but I only recently crossed 40 Kmi. A new set will last me a long time. @bcj's offer doesn't make it any easier.
