I was hoping KPower might have a wiring harness diagram, but I've not had any luck getting ahold of them this week. I assume GridLife stuff.

edit: Just for fun, here is a Megalog view of a very short drive. Coolant fans fuses were blown at the time so you can see the coolant temp rise at a stop. Note that the coolant plot (middle graph, white line) is smooth whereas the oil temp plot (same graph, green line) is all over the place.

I believe you can find the wiring diagram while connected to the ecu with your laptop. I remember seeing it one day while in there, but it's been 8 months since I completed the swap so I can't remember exactly where it was. I know that's not much help, maybe go into the setup folder and dig around.

Yeah, the ECU side of the harness to the KPower conversion box is notated in the ECU. I was looking for the engine harness pinout, which appears to be using different color wires

I’m useless for input, as I replaced the oil temperature sensor with a fuel pressure sensor.

Update on my AC

Replaced the desiccant, drained out all the oil from my used compressor I bought (there wasn't really any in it) and refilled it with 4oz of PAG42, put the system back together then ran a vacuum pump on it for an hour, then let it sit for an hour to make sure it could hold vacuum (it does). Finally I turned the car on and proceeded to fill it with about 13oz of R134a. Oh and I also installed the 4seasons deslugger that was recommended.

Well, AC does work, but not perfectly. Sometimes it will randomly get warm and stay warm, then sometimes it randomly gets really cold and stays cold.

So, more diving into this for me! Not sure if I didn't add enough R134a, or there is air in the system, or I added too much PAG-42 oil into the compressor... ionno. Any advice is appreciated but I'll keep working on it tomorrow and see if I can make it work perfectly.

The amount I planned to add back in was around 15 oz. since the compressor on the Acura is larger than the Subaru unit. You may need to throw a few more ounces at it and see what happens. Factory fa20 amount is around 13-15oz and the Acura can be from 17-19oz.

I found mine wasn’t as cold, but seems to maybe be colder after some use. It isn’t a priority. Some cold air is better than nothing. I don’t need it icy in the cabin.

After connecting my 25 row Setrab oil cooler I went out and data logged again. Oil temp still goes to the absolute moon at wide open throttle and high revs. Compression test was +/- 10psi in all cylinders, leakdown <5% on all cylinders.

I am assuming that either:
1. Oil sensor needs to be remote mounted due to vibration
2. There is a harness issue that has to do with lack of wire shielding
3. Some kind of ground issue
4. Some kind of 5v issue

Same calibration you're using. Do you have any datalogs with at least one WOT pull from your car that I could take a look at?

For what it's worth, yours does it too but not to the extremes mine does. I'll play around with it.

After 400 miles I got finally got a tune on it. This was on 93.

HP seems fantastic, TQ seems a little low. Average compression was 173psi across all 4. Junkyard K24a2 engine from a 2006 TSX (so I have a few extra HP over the jdm K24a/2004-2005 usdm k24a2)
